The Pink Panther tries to return a horseshoe to a master criminal: a horseshoe that brings the criminal nothing but the worst of luck. The bandit finds the “lucky” horseshoe just before he robs a bank. The police are waiting for him and fire away. He throws the horseshoe into the Pink Panther’s window as he escapes. The Pink Panther returns it to him as he is robbing an old lady of her purse; she clouts him with her handbag, and he escapes. When the criminal tries to steal a car, the Pink Panther again returns the horseshoe. The car turns out to be a police car.
